The Structure of Royal Kingdom Ministries

The Head

Jesus Christ the Head of the Church: Ephesians 1:21-23

CHURCH: a calling out; a popular meeting; a religious congregation. A community of members on earth or saints in heaven or both; assembly. (Strong’s Complete Dictionary of Bible Words).  "The complete Body of born Again people, united as one by the Baptizing work of The Holy Spirit, with Christ Jesus as the Head" (Daniel Rispress). I Corinthians 12:12 & 12:27

The Ascension Ministry Gifts

And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some evangelists; and some pastors and teachers; Ephesians 4:11 (KJV) This is the Governing Body chosen by Jesus for His Church according to Isaiah 9: 6 & 7. All Ascension Gift Ministers can be Elders however; All Elders are not Ascension Gift Ministers.

Elders

Acts 14:23 – Were appointed in every Church, mainly due to their integrity, faithfulness, trustworthiness and prominence as leaders in accord with the Apostles, in the Body of Christ.  Acts 11:30; Acts 15:22 & 23. The Elders are appointed as Advisors and or Directors in regard to the ministries in ROYAL KINGDOM MINISTRIES. They must have the same spirit (heart and mind) as the Apostles. Numbers 11:17 & 25.

Directors

They are Coordinators of the various ministries of help. They are to coordinate the ministry and they are to direct it into common action, production and growth. They are to direct the ministry into a concerted progressive flow. One of the major functions is to institute and maintain harmony, not only within their particular ministry but must align themselves with other ministries in ROYAL KINGDOM MINISTRIES. Ephesians 4:16.

Workers of Ministry

According to Ephesians 4:12, all saints of the congregation are to be in the process of being perfected, matured, or completed by the Ascension/Governing Body. They are to continue to mature that they may eventually be called to direct others in ministry.
