Meet the Five Fold Ministry Team
Cereda’s life in Christ began in November 1972 at Jerusalem Tabernacle Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor, I.R. Witcher. In 1974 Daniel Rispress and Cereda were married. Under the leadership of Elder Edward Clement they opened their home to start Tabernacle Wayside Church. During this time Cereda became licensed to preach the Gospel. In 1978, she was ordained by Pastor, Daniel Rispress through The Tabernacle of God Church as a Minister. In 1998, she was ordained by Apostle Lafayette Scales as an Apostle in Trevitt New Life Ministries. Later she was confirmed prophetically in her ministry as an Apostle by Bill Hammond, Apostle.
Currently, God ministers through Cereda to prayerfully minister to troubled churches, ministries, families, and individuals. She is Vice President of Rispress Ministries Inc., the Co-Founder/Co-Director of The Prophecy Center Schools of Ministry in Columbus, Ohio, the Past Vice President of Women With A Call International, Inc., and Director of a satellite center of Compassionate Care International. She has developed a community mentorship program for the family, Apostles Apprentice program, and has established Deliverance Ministry Teams.
She and her husband are the founders of Royal Kingdom Ministries in Columbus, Ohio. Cereda and her husband, Daniel, enjoy their Children, Grand Children and Great Grand Children immensely.
Cereda Rispress, Apostle
Daniel Rispress has fifty-five years of ministry experience. He formed a total of six churches; two in Charleston, WV, two in Clarksburg, WV, and two in Columbus, OH.
He is a recording artist and song writer, hosted, co-hosted, and produced daily radio and weekly television programs, which aired on seven stations in the Tri-State area. Daniel was Vice President and Co-Host of The New Life Team TV Ministry in Charleston, WV, and Co-Host of A New Day TV Program in Clarksburg, WV. He has been Chaplain in Moundsville State and Kentucky Federal prisons, The Columbus Ohio workhouse and Franklin County jails. In Riverside California, his leadership roles were Pastor, Teacher and Counselor of Southern California Teen-Challenge Center. In West Virginia, Daniel was a soloist for Five Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International chapters. He also ministered in other chapters in multiple states in the U.S.A., and Jamaica, WI.
Currently he presides as President of Rispress Ministries Inc., operates as Co-Apostle of Royal Kingdom Ministries, and is the Co-founder/Assistant Director of the Prophecy Center Schools of Ministry in Columbus, Ohio.
Daniel Rispress, Apostle/Teacher
Paula received Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and the baptism of the Holy Spirit under the leadership of the late I.R. Witcher, at Jerusalem Tabernacle Baptist Church on October 3, 1979. In 1982, God led her to move her membership to Jireh House (later renamed Trevitt New Life Ministries). Here she was active in the ministry for 24 years as a teacher and prophet.
Paula graduated from Compassionate Care Ministries and Light University. At Light University she received training in “Caring for God’s people,” classes one and two, and “Extraordinary Women and Marriage works”. She resides as a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Paula is a founding member of Royal Kingdom Ministries (RKM), and currently remains part of the Five-fold Ministry team. Her leadership position consists of prophet and Teacher. In addition, she teaches at Prophecy Center School of Ministry (PCSOM).
Paula’s favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” (KJV)
Paula and her husband, George reside in Columbus, Ohio. They have been married for 53 years. They have four daughters (Stephanie, Denise, Robin, and Cathy), ten grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren (in which the youngest is a set of Triplets).
Paula Bester, Prophet
Shelly serves as the teacher in the five fold ministry. She is the founder of SHELLTALK4U. She is a high energy, Motivational Keynote Speaker, Diversity Educator and Minister of Christian Education. Shelly received her Bachelor and Master degrees from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. She is also, an Ordained Minister at Royal Kingdom Ministries, Columbus, OH.
Aside from working full time to be the best wife, mother, and grandmother, Shelly's passion is for people and practically teaching God's Word so that it may be understood by all.
Currently Shelly is the Assistant Director of Patient Transportation at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. She frequently facilitates open conversation and conferences on topics that most would shy away from, which include Diversity and Inclusion, Cultural Sensitivity, and Implicit Biases. She also provides Leadership Training and Development as well as Mentoring.
Shelly Martin, Teacher
Mary Turner was born in Kanawha City, WV at Borasky Memorial Hospital. She was raised in the church as a child. In 1978 she gave her life to Christ and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
After going through many struggles in life, Mary decided to rededicate her life to Christ, and found her way to Trevitt New Life Ministries in Columbus, Ohio. As a member, she was responsible for teaching the discipleship class for new members.
In 2006 Mary became a part of Royal Kingdom Ministries under the direction of Apostles Daniel and Cereda Rispress. In September of 2008, Mary was ordained as an Evangelist, and now serves on the Five Fold ministry team.
Mary is the director of the Arts Ministry at RKM, founder/director of the Community Blessing outreach ministry and she also teaches first class for new members. Mary is a board member and teacher at Prophecy Center Schools of Ministry.
Mary Turner, Evangelist
Brenda Dudley was born in Columbus, Ohio and at the age of 12 years old she moved to San Antonio, Texas. Upon returning to Columbus, Ohio after graduating in 1978 from Randolph High School, in San Antonio Texas, she rededicated her life to the Lord.
Brenda has retired from the City of Columbus/Recreation and Parks Department after 31 years of service.
She is Pastor and Lead Administrator, Co-director of the visitation ministry at RKM and is currently the Dean of the Prophecy Center Schools of Ministry as well as a Teacher.
Her greatest desire is to allow God to use her and His unspoken Word of Mime, Drama, Flags and Dance to bless, and set others free. As Ecclesiastes 3:1 says "To everything there is a season a time for every purpose under the heaven" She knows her season and is going forth.
Brenda Dudley, Pastor
Pastor Erma Greathouse was born in Logan, West Virginia. She graduated from Excelsior High school in War, West Virginia. In 1953 She moved to Columbus, Ohio where she met and married her husband Cecil Greathouse, (now deceased).
Pastor Erma attended Brentnell Church of Christ, Columbus, Ohio, and in 1970, she received the Lord as her personal Savior. Later she joined Jerusalem Tabernacle Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio under the late I.R. Witcher in 1972, and served as a Sunday School teacher. In July 1980, she was ordained and licensed as a Pastor by Apostles Daniel and Cereda Rispress in Charleston West V.irginia. In 1991, Pastor Greathouse became a member of River of Life in Columbus, Ohio and operated as an Assistant Pastor. She was a Nurses Aid and a Phlebotomist at OSU Medical Center until retirement in 1995. Pastor Erma attended The Prophecy Center Schools of Ministry, in Columbus, Ohio and graduated in 2005. She was ordained as a Prophet in June 2006. She currently serves as a teacher within the school. In March of 2012, she became a member of Royal Kingdom Ministries and was ordained as an Intermediary Pastor in April of 2013. Currently she is one of the pastors on the five fold ministry team and is director of the visitation ministry.
Erma has five children, four sons, one daughter, six grandchildren, and four great-grand children.
Her favorite scripture is Psalms 91 – "He who dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty…"

Lilly Mejias,Youth Pastor
Lilly Mejias was born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She graduated from Central High School and shortly thereafter, moved to Columbus, Ohio. Lilly furthered her education in Psychology at the Ohio Christian University.
She was licensed into ministry and ordained as a Youth/Children's Pastor by Apostle Linda M Jones & Bishop Glen Jones of Resurrection Outreach Ministries Columbus, Ohio in 2009. At Resurrection Outreach Ministries she served for four years doing outreach ministry to the children, youth, and families of the community. She also was ordained as Youth Pastor of Royal Kingdom Ministries (RKM), Columbus, Ohio by Apostles Cereda and Daniel Rispress in 2016. She currently serves as Youth Pastor and Worship Leader at RKM. She is a recording artist and songwriter.
Lilly has a love and passion to see lives change as they experience the presence of the Lord through the ministry of music and the preached Word. Her life experiences and ability to quickly connect with children and youth enables her to use the gifts that God has given her to creatively reach the "now" generation.
Her philosophy is that no child is too young to have an encounter with Jesus.
